Ownership of delivered code
On final payment, full ownership of the delivered source code transfers to you — repository, history, build pipeline and documentation. No runtime licence, no vendor lock, no per-seat fee to keep using what you paid for.

Confidentiality and NDA
We sign your NDA before receiving anything sensitive. Client work is never used as a public reference without written agreement — which is why some of what we build is not on this site.
